What is a Holy Hour?

A Holy Hour is simply Eucharistic Adoration. I highly recommend spending prayer time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament [CCC-1378; CCC-1379; CCC-1380; CCC-1418], whether in the Tabernacle, or exposed in the Monstrance on a regular basis. A Holy Hour will help you to contemplate the mysteries of the Faith, and grow closer to Jesus. During your hour of contemplating the face of Jesus, you can offer to Jesus the personal intentions on your heart, and pray for the needs of the world and the Church.  So are you willing to spend one hour with the Eucharistic Jesus (Matthew 26:36-45)?
