To renew daily the promises made at your Baptism and Confirmation, you can say for example:

Jesus, at this moment in time, I renew the promises made at my Baptism and Confirmation. Please help me to become closer to You, and to become more faithful to Your Church. Amen.

Another option is to recite The Apostle's Creed.
